Nate Speerbrecker
Pastor
Nathan Speerbrecker grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin with a degree in Theology and served as a Commissioned Lay Minister for 15 years before attending Concordia Seminary. He served in Youth Ministry, Pastoral Care, Preaching, Small Groups and Discipleship, Missions, and Evangelism, in congregations in Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
Nathan and Alison have been married for 17 years. Alison is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters Degree from Loyola University Chicago. They have 5 kids, Owen, 11; Will, 9; Lucy, 7; Molly, 5; Henry, 3. They love family game nights, outdoor adventures, and going to the zoo.

Tim Schneider
Worship Leader
Tim has been at CCOH for four years. Born in New York, Tim is married to Diane and has two children children, Ethan and Kady. A graduate of Messiah College in Pennsylvania, Tim has been leading worship for over 20 years. His
goal is to lead people into deeper relationships with Christ and let them experience His grace, goodness and mercy.

Allison McKenzie
Children's Ministry Director
Originally from Pinnacle, North Carolina, Allison is a Special Education teacher with years of experience working with children of all ages. Her love of teaching and commitment to serving Jesus makes her a natural fit to lead the children of CCOH in worship. She and her husband , Sean, share two children, Bowen and Emma.
Gina Boyd
Church Administrator
Gina has been working at CCOH for over four years. She is a pastor's daughter who has spent most of her life in ministry locally and internationally. A psychology graduate of Old Dominion University, Gina is passionate about serving and helping others, making her work at CCOH an ideal fit. She enjoys singing, reading, and working on art pieces. She is the mother of a teenage daughter and spoiled dog.
